Last night we stopped by the Joseph N. Neel and Blair’s Too building in downtown Macon to say goodbye before the wrecking ball strikes! Robbo Hatcher shared that demolition and construction will begin as soon as permits are issued for the new 25-million-dollar loft building that will replace the stores on Cherry and Third streets.The new four-story, 107,000-square-foot building will feature 95 residential lofts, three retail bays, and nine individual corporate offices. ES&Co. partnered with Hatcher to design the logo and create a brand standards guide for the loft portion of the project.The Neel’s Lofts logo is based on a diamond design found in the historical terrazzo floor at the entrance of the building. We are thrilled to participate in this local project and exciting times for central Georgia!
